Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

We reserve the right to delay or cancel any order for verification, compliance, or fraud prevention.


Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or provided as flat-rate options.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or service interruptions.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received.

If your package is lost or delayed in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
