Because our products are laboratory research materials and are handled in controlled environments, all sales are final once an order has been shipped.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect ordering

  • Incompatibility with intended research applications

This policy is in place to maintain the integrity, sterility, and traceability of all research materials.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

If your claim is approved, we may issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Customs or regulatory holds
