Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping
We ship via UPS within the United States. Tracking information is provided once an order has shipped. Delivery times vary based on carrier and destination and are not guaranteed.

Riptidez LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.


All Sales Final / Replacement Policy
Due to the nature of laboratory research materials, all sales are final once an order has shipped.

Replacements or store credit may be issued only under the following conditions:

  • Item arrived damaged
  • Incorrect item received

All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and must include photo documentation.

Products that have been opened, used, or altered are not eligible for return, replacement, or credit.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped.
